Liability in Goshen Car Accidents

Car accidents remain one of the leading causes of serious injury and death in the United States. According to me CDC, “Decreasing traffic deaths is one of the greatest public health achievements of the 20th century for the US. However, more than 32,000 people die and two million are injured every year due to car accidents.” There are many factors that can contribute to a car accident.

  • Drunk driving
  • Driver fatigue
  • Bad weather
  • Tire interference

When a driver is negligent and causes a collision, they can be held at fault with a civil claim. The family of any car accident victim can get legal help by filing a wrongful death lawsuit. Damages from a civil lawsuit can help cover lost wages, medical bills, and pain and suffering. A wrongful death attorney can review all the details of your case and let you know what your legal options are.
